Best described as fusion food, kilo’s menu takes inspiration from different cuisines around the world & draws on the heritage of its owners and chefs. Kilo’s food direction is a result of collaboration between and constant refinement from the founders. It tells the story of our founders—two latin-american men setting their roots in asia, and pulls inspiration from their travels and experiences around the region.
The result is a cuisine which is best described as refined comfort food. The menu consists of a generous number of starters that are recommended to be shared (under the raw, small, and salad sections) and a selection of mains (all for one & one for all) and desserts (sweets).
